I am renting the apartment for a limited time and furnished, as I am leaving Berlin temporarily and will be returning later. The apartment is available for 2 years (or shorter if you prefer). The rental price per month includes all additional living costs (water/sewage, heating) as well as all other side costs (electricity, gas, internet and furniture surcharge).
Berlin Friedrichshain is unique. The street is characterized by old buildings and an avenue that invites for a walk. Here you can find many bakeries, cafes and restaurants that are cheap and with good quality. You will not find clubs and discos here, but you can reach them quickly by using public transport.
Raumaufteilung
The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms. Situated in the 3rd floor at a back building this modernized calm and bright 86 m² apartment overlocks either sides, the backyard as well as the undeveloped back. A spacious and sunny balcony invites for relaxing moments.
The apartment consists of 2 separate bedrooms (1 x double bed 160cm x 200cm and 2 single beds 90cm x 200cm), a living room (with a extendable couch and a dining table with 4 chairs), kitchen, bathroom and balcony.
The kitchen is very well equipped and includes in addition to the standard appliances such as refrigerator, dishwasher and oven also various electrical equipment such as coffee machine, smoothie blender, kettle and toaster. Sufficient crockery and cutlery, as well as pots, pans, bowls, casserole dishes and a good set of knives are also available.
A washing machine in the bathroom is also free to use.
Lage
The nearest station for public transport is the subway station “Samariterstraße”. From there you are within 15 minutes in the center (Alexanderlatz). But you can also reach the Ringbahn (S42 / S41 Station "Frankfurter Allee") within 8 minutes walking distance. From there you will be at the Airport Berlin Schönefeld within 25 minutes.
If you come by car, free parking is available in the street in front of the building.
