Lage

Bochum's Stiepel district
The attractive district of Stiepel lies to the south of the city centre, and is Bochum's most exclusive, sought-after district. Even the journey from the city centre along the Königsallee to Stiepel takes your breath away. The district offers lots of greenery and opportunities for recreation. The boulevard-like streets feature rows of beautiful detached/semi-detached houses and three-family buildings, as well as small fields, meadows and wooded areas.
Transport links: short drive to the A448 motorway, with its links to the A44, A43 and A40. Buses take you to the centre of Bochum, as well as to Hattingen and Witten.
