The apartment was renovated or refurbished about 3 years ago, preferred is a longer-term rental (several years possible). Non-smoking offer. A parking space in the underground garage belongs to the apartment.
The rent already includes the operating and heating costs, the staircase cleaning and the gardener and winter service, the electricity is to be paid plus. The rent is calculated for 1-2 persons. For each additional person € 60,- per month are to be paid.
An energy certificate is not yet available on the part of the landlord, but is requested.

Lage

Herne-Mitte comprises the city centre and the districts Baukau-Ost, Holsterhausen and Herne-Süd. Excellent links to the A43, A42 and A2 motorways. All surrounding towns and cities can be reached from Herne's main rail station, where as well as trains you will also find underground rail and a well-functioning bus network.
