Apartment in the first storey of a three-family building, in a charming cul-de-sac location to the south of Bochum city centre. Non-smoking property. The Waldring underground station is 500 metres away, and a supermarket 900 metres away. Parking available in the street. Just a few minutes' drive to the city centre and A448 motorway.
The rent already includes the running costs and an advance payment for the heating costs of € 120. The rent is calculated for 1 to 2 persons, in case of renting to a family or 3 persons the rent will be increased. Electricity costs are to be paid in addition.
We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested.

Lage

Wiemelhausen stretches from Bochum's city centre to the boundary of the popular residential district of Stiepel. It is one of the most attractive residential areas in Bochum. Wiemelhausen is a really varied area, offering various micro locations, from quiet side streets to attractive livelier areas nearer the city centre. The more lively urban part houses the Schauspielhaus theatre. The Musikzentrum Bochum is the Bochum Symphoniker's concert hall and also features a hall for the municipal music school. The site of the former Prinz Regent coal mine now enjoys varied uses: as well as new industry, the Prinz Regent theatre and a nightclub can also be found there. Transport connections: the Oviedo-Ring ring road is located in the district, the U35 underground line takes you to Querenburg, the city centre and Herne, and from Ehrenfeld rail station you can catch the S1 to Düsseldorf and Dortmund. Trams to Dahlhausen/Hattingen as well as the city centre/Gerthe.
Numerous bus routes take you to the city centre and other districts of the city.
