The flats can be rented not only on the 1st of each month, but also during the course of the month. Please send us your preferred date. Flats and keys are handed over on weekdays from Monday to Friday during office hours. Modern and well-equipped flats as a comfortable alternative to a hotel room. In our business flats you can enjoy all the comforts of a furnished flat - available to rent from one to six months. As a guest at CAMPO NOVO Business Dortmund, you benefit from an all-inclusive price - in other words, your rental rate includes all utilities for water, heating, electricity and a TV and Internet flat rate. All flats and the general usable areas are accessible without steps. The cleaning fee for the final cleaning is a one-off charge of 140 euros, which is due at the beginning of the rental period. A cleaning service during the rental period can be booked as an option, as well as a parking space subject to availability for 50 euros net. Flat 3.1 is equipped with a chest of drawers instead of a wardrobe due to the sloping roof. Photos and floor plans are exemplary. The furnishings of the flats are identical and only vary ording to the size of the flat. are 12 different floor plans. The building was completed in 2021, so the equipment and facilities are as good as new. All flats are non-smoking flats.

You can relax at the end of the day on the comfortable sofa. Electric blinds provide light and sun protection. The underfloor heating provides comfortable warmth on cooler days. Two pillows and two duvets are provided. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. The mattress measures 160 x 200 cm, the duvets are 135 x 200 cm and the pillows are 60 x 80 cm. The flats on the 3rd upper floor are located in the attic and have a partially sloping roof. Flat 3.1 is equipped with a chest of drawers instead of a wardrobe due to the sloping roof.

Thanks to its favourable location, the amenities and attractions of the city are within easy reach. All public facilities such as supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, pharmacies, bank branches and the Mengeder Markt with its weekly market are within walking distance. The district has a good retail structure. Mengede train station is only 100 metres away. The centre of Dortmund can be reached by train in just 15 minutes. Here you will find a diverse gastronomic scene and a large shopping area. The Westfalenhallen/trade fair centre, university or Dortmund Airport can be reached in 20 to 30 minutes. The Revierpark Wischlingen with its wide green spaces including sauna area, saltwater pool, swimming pools and its winter ice rink is only 15 minutes away by car. The Bodelschwingh moated castle, whose beautiful grounds can be visited for events, is just 10 minutes away by car.
