If required, regular cleaning of the apartment can be arranged, upon agreement and at additional charge. The property is available to rent from 01. February to 30 April 2025. We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested.

Lage
The district lies on the edge of the city centre, along the Kaiserstraße. Here you will find not only shops but also older residential buildings and developments of detached houses, some of which are within walking distance of the city centre. Around 2km away is the B236 main road, which provides links to the A2, B1 and A45.
