Living room with access to the balcony (south-facing), bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, storage room and entrance hall. Rent for one person: €895 per month, including service charges, heating costs, electricity and flat-rate internet. Deposit: €895. Final cleaning at the end of your stay will be charged according to the work involved. The apartment is preferably to rent to commuters who return home at the weekends. We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested.
