The new unfurnished apartment starts with a hall at the entrance, spacious bathroom, a pantry/storage room, and an open space living/sleeping area with a fully equipped and fitted kitchen. Large balcony, and large storage space in the basement. I have a recently bought washing machine and chairs that I may sell to the new tenant. Shelves and storage may also be given as complementary (if desired). Due to unforeseeable circumstances, I need to move out of Germany at the start of the new year and I'm looking for a new tenant to take over my apartment. I have only lived in it for the last 2 months and I have been the first tenant to live in it so everything is in perfectly new condition. The new tenant may start a new, separate contract with the rental company. I have attached the official pictures from my rental contract with COMOOD GmbH but can of course schedule a viewing appointment and send updated pictures of the apartment when interested. The property is located in a busy residential area in Berlin Tegel (Reinickendorf). Several bus lines and the subway line U6 are within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity you will find several restaurants, bakeries, shopping malls, doctors and cafes. And of course, all the major grocery stores are in the close surroundings. There are also several green areas and parks, and a forest and lake nearby.
