Stylishly furnished apartment In the first storey of a well-maintained early 20th century building, directly by the Bochum Stadtpark. You can reach the city centre in just a few minutes, from the nearby underground rail stop Planetarium. The high ceilings, parquet flooring and large window facades imbue this apartment with its particular charm. The rent has been calculated on the basis of occupancy by one or two people, and already includes service charges and a €120 advance payment towards heating costs. Electricity must be paid for separately. If occupied by a family, the rent increases.
We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested.

Ausstattung

Spacious living room with adjoining open-plan dining room. A working area could be set up by the window. Wonderful views of the garden at the rear of the building and the Stadtpark in front. The separate, fully equipped kitchen includes among other things a hob, oven, dishwasher and a small seating area. Living room with TV and dining table to seat up to six. From the guest room you can access not only the small balcony with its view of the Stadtpark, but also directly access the main bedroom. The bedroom's special highlight is its antique furniture, comprising bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The built-in wardrobe also offers ample storage space. As well as small areas of greenery and parks such as the Westpark that surrounds the Jahrhunderthalle events centre, or the beautifully designed Stadtpark, the centre of Bochum also boasts a thoroughly high-quality commercial offering. There is a wide variety of residential accommodation, spanning detached houses and terrace houses as well as higher buildings. At the south side of the city, near the Konrad-Adenauerplatz, you will find the popular and lively gastronomy quarter 'the Bermuda Dreieck' ('Bermuda Triangle'). Numerous infrastructure facilities can also be found in the centre. Distances that you don't want to cover by foot are easily covered by the frequent public transport. So, for example, in 15 minutes you can be at the popular Starlight Express theatre, the football stadium or the mining museum: Transport links: Approx 1km to the A40 motorway; from the main rail station, which also serves as the hub for the local underground, tram and bus services, you can catch international, long distance, regional and local train services.
