In our business apartments you can enjoy the convenience of a furnished apartment - rentable from one to six months. As a customer at CAMPO NOVO Business Dortmund, you benefit from a flat all-inclusive price - meaning your rental rate includes all additional costs for water, heating, electricity as well as a TV and internet flat rate. All apartments and the general areas are accessible without steps. The cleaning fee for the final cleaning is 140 euros. A cleaning service during the rental period can be booked optionally, as well as a parking space depending on availability for 50 euros net. The apartments can be rented not only on the first of each month, but also within the current month. Please send us your desired date.

The good location makes it easy to reach the city's amenities and attractions. All public facilities such as supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, bank branches or the Mengeder market with its weekly market are within walking distance. The district has a good retail structure. Mengede train station is just 100 meters away. You can reach the center of Dortmund in just 15 minutes by train. The Westfalenhallen/exhibition grounds, the university, the TU or Dortmund Airport can be reached in 20 to 30 minutes. The Revierpark Wischlingen with its extensive green areas including swimming pools, brine pool, sauna area and its winter ice rink can be reached in 15 minutes. In just 10 minutes you are at the Bodelschwingh moated castle, whose park can be visited for events.
