Hi everyone, we’re subletting our cosy and fully furnished 94m² apartment in Berlin Mitte from 15 January to 30 June 2025. There’s an option to extend the sublet until 31 December 2025 if needed. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a modern building (with a lift) and has: - a spacious living room (dining table for 6, sofa bed, armchair, coffee table and a TV) with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, large fridge with a freezer, glasses, pots, cutlery, plates etc.), - two bright studies: one with a desk, sofa bed, and TV, and the other with a height-adjustable desk and another sofa bed, - cosy bedroom nook, separated from the study by a curtain, - two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one with a shower), - a balcony with outdoor furniture (perfect for sunny mornings), - a small pantry with a washing machine and an extra freezer, - a hallway with 2 bike racks and plenty of storage for shoes/clothes, Monthly rent is 2400€, and that includes all utilities (internet, electricity, etc.). We require a deposit of 2000€. If you need a parking space, we can also rent one for an extra €125/month. Alternatively, parking spaces are available on the street right in front of the building and in the surrounding area. Anmeldung is possible. Lage
The apartment is in a quiet, modern complex from 2017, with a pharmacy, Edeka, DM, and a bakery just downstairs. It has a tennis table and multiple playgrounds (which are located in the neighbouring courtyards, so the noise is not a problem). Public transport is excellent! Two U6 stations are a 2–3-minute walk, and the S-Bahn, buses, and trams are also very close by. Berlin Hauptbahnhof is just 15 minutes on foot.
