The apartment is situated on the fifth storey of a well-maintained building used for both business and residential purposes, and is the only residential unit on this floor. The lift takes you to the fourth storey. The rooms are bright and bathed in light and the ingenious floor plan lends the apartment its special charm. The living area is separated from the bedroom by a breakfast bar/kitchen unit. An en-suite bathroom is behind the bedroom. The apartment also offers a compact, newly designed balcony.
Bochum city centre and the main rail station are within walking distance. Parking available in the surrounding side streets.
The rent already includes an advance payment towards the service charges and heating costs. Electricity must be paid separately.
We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested.

Fully equipped apartment with new vinyl flooring and high quality furniture, integrated kitchen and breakfast bar. The living area offers a leather sofa, USM Haller storage cabinets, a table and lots of built-in storage space. From here you also have access to the balcony, which has lighting. Ceiling spotlights are also fitted in the rooms. Breakfast bar/kitchen unit, with the kitchen area offering a ceramic hob, mini-oven with grill function, a dishwasher and fridge. Tableware and pans (predominantly new and high quality) are also provided, as is a coffee machine. The bedroom is furnished with double bed (1.60 x 2.00m), a shelf and TV. If required, bedlinen and towels can also be provided. The bathroom has a window to let in natural light, and offers a bathtub with shower attachment, WC and washbasin. In the entrance hall you will find a coat rack and built-in storage containing an ironing board and offering space for bags etc. A combined washer/dryer is available in the building's cellar.

As well as small green spaces and parks, such as the Westpark in the Jahrhunderthalle or the wonderfully laid out Stadtpark, the centre of Bochum also offers a range of commercial offerings to meet the requirements of the discerning customer. At the southern edge of the city centre, near the Konrad-Adenauer Platz, you will find the popular and lively Bermuda3Eck ('Bermuda Triangle') gastronomy quarter. For those distances that you don't want to cover on foot, you can take advantage of the convenient and comprehensive public transport system. So, for example, in just 15 minutes you can be at the popular Starlight theatre, the football stadium or the mining museum. Transport connections: approx 1 km to the A40; at the city's main rail station you can catch trains to international, national, regional and local destinations, and the station is also the hub for the city's underground, tram and bus routes.
