There is also a balcony. The rent also includes service charges, heating costs, electricity and flat-rate wi-fi internet access. If occupied by two people, the rent increases by €60 per month. Deposit: 1 month's rent. Final cleaning at the end of your stay will be charged according to the work involved. If required, cleaning of the apartment can be arranged at additional charge. This is a non-smoking property! We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested.

Lage
The district of Brackel is around 15 minutes away from Dortmund city centre. Underground rail directly to the city of Dortmund
Brackel's shopping district, on the road Brackeler Hellweg, almost resembles the centre of a small town. The district is situated around 5km to the east of the city centre. To the south-west is the racetrack, and to the east, large fields and a few minutes' drive away, Dortmund airport. The B1 main road can be reached in a few minutes.
