I am advertising a 2 room apartment in Emmerich Hoch Elten from earliest 15th December 2024 onwards. The apartment includes a kitchen but otherwise is unfurnished. The large property / garden can be used by the tenants. Pets need to be allowed by the landlord. Minimum rental period is 2 years.
Lage
The property is in Hoch Elten, which is a nice, calm and rather touristical area. The house is situated next to the forest, there's only small streets and practically no traffic. The downside: public transport is few and far in between. Owning a car is recommended. To get to Rhein-Waal University with public transport from here will take 1,5 to 2 hours, so the apartment is not suitable for students who don't own a car.
