Hello! My Prenzlauerberg 2-room flat will be available from December 17, 2024 - March 41, 2025 for a SHORT TERM SUBLET. Please don't write me about a long term place as this is not it ;) No anmeldung possible. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem alten klassischen Gebäude, wurde zuletzt vor weniger als 2 Jahren renoviert, so in großer Teilen. It's on the 5th floor, and gets great light with 3 large windows/balcony door letting light in the living room and bedroom. It has TV which swivels for easy viewing access, a dishwasher, and washing machine. It's a very quiet and clean building with zero neighbor noise. Es liegt auf einer ruhigen Straße mit Schonhauseralle S-Bahn und vielen Straßenbahnen (absei den Humannplatz Park). It's cute and cozy so looking for someone to respect it while I'm away. No parties or tons of people over as, again, it's a super quiet building with people that have been here for years. Keine Haustiere und Kaution erforderlich. No registration at this moment unfort.
