The rental period is 3 months: Dec. 16 - March 7, 2025. Anmeldung is possible. This is a rooftop apartment, very modern, sunny and comfortable. It provides a great place to work and to relax. The price includes all the amenities and very fast Wi-Fi. This is an open studio apartment suitable for a couple or a single person. The living room area has a very comfortable double sofa bed and a spacious work desk with comfy chairs. In the bathroom there is a big bathtub with a shower as well as a new washing machine. There is a new fridge in the bright, open-concept kitchen.
Lage
The property is located in a lively area in Berlin Neukölln, very close to Tempelhofer Feld - a huge public space for hanging out and playing sports. There are several bus lines and subway lines within a walking distance (with only 15 min. ride to the city center). There are several restaurants, cafes, bakeries and shopping centers within walking distance.

The tenant should be responsible and clean, as well as a non-smoker.
