Hello, we are STACEY and this is our Co-Living Location in Vallendar. Becoming a tenant of STACEY comes with many perks, great and small. They begin with a private, furnished bedroom in a centrally located apartment for an all-inclusive rate. Double-bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, art and an armchair, all in your room. You get weekly flat cleanings, washer-dryer in the apartment (iron and ironing board too), plus utilities like media, electricity, heating and Wi-Fi. Sounds like everything? It’s not: We also provide all the little household essentials, like tableware and kitchen equipment, from bottle opener to the espresso spoon. Mostly we provide a common lounge area or dining zone where you can hang out with your friends and flat-mates. Just bring your suitcase and you’re set. Your flat has many special features!

It is impossible to miss STACEY Vallendar! Located in the beautiful Löhrstraße within the city center, you can reach every part of the university buildings within less than 5 minutes by foot. But what's the point of leaving the community, if there is everything you need inside our community? Whether you need space for doing your studies or hang out for a cold beer on our amazing terrace, we got you covered.
