Street parking available. - Design furniture, linen canvas with a portable projector, located in a lively neighborhood on a quiet street. If you're using electrical car or carsharing there is a charging station right in front of home (so you get bonuses) - Rent: €1650 Kaltmiete - Nebenkosten: €355 (includes heating, elevator, building cleaning, etc.) with a year-end adjustment — if you consume less, you pay less. - Electricity and internet are separate. - Initial contract of one year, with the possibility to extend. - The apartment is furnished (not decorated — no plants, no carpets, only one painting).
