Hello, we are subletting our beautiful, spacious and bright flat in the central Berlin district of Moabit. We are travelling throughout January, but moving in and out can be flexible (max. dec. 28, 2024 until Feb. 4, 2025). The flat is located on the beautiful Stephanstraße and is very well connected (U-Bahn, S-Bahn, bus and tram are all within walking distance). The flat consists of a large bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a baby bed (60x120), a dining room and a living room, which also has a double bed (140x200), a kitchen, a bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and a balcony overlooking the rooftops of Berlin. The flat is lovingly furnished and offers everything you need. It would be great if you could water our many plants from time to time while we are away.
