We have a 2 bedroom+ living room apartment on the ground floor, in the Hof and therefore very quiet. Close to the canal and various parks. Ideal for either a new family with a baby or two flat mates, as the bedrooms are on the opposite sides of the apartment and you can't hear anything from the other room.

We're a couple living with a flat mate but we want to downsize a bit and live on our own. We love the area so the closer to here, the better. We're looking for 60m2 + and a balcony. Since we can afford the flat on our own we're not in a rush and we're ready to wait to find our dream apartment.
