Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtzentrum direkt neben den Wallanlagen. Bis in die Innenstadt und zur Schlachte die und zum Bahnhof sind es nur wenige Minuten Fußweg. Auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind ebenfalls innerhalb von 1-2 Minuten zu erreichen. Zur Uni sind es mit der Bahn ca. 15 Minuten und zur Hochschule 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Supermärkte wie z.B. LIDL, Edeka und Aldi sind in ca. 5-10min zu erreichen.
