Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich genauer gesagt um ein Reihenhaus Objekt. mit Terasse und Stellplatz und Keller das 5 te Zimmer im DG ist etwas kleiner eher als Arbeitszimmer geeignet.

Kindern. Das Haus wurde im Jahr 2002 als Niedrigenergiehaus erbaut damaliger Grenzwert waren maximal 75 kwh /m2 & Jahr.
Das Haus ist voll unterkellert und hat eine Terasse nach Südwesten.
Die Ausstattung ist eher einfach bis Normal. Enbauküche ist vorhanden und kann vermutlich in Absprache mit den Vormietern übernommen werden. Für das Gas sprich Heizung ist mit dem Versorger Stadtwerke EM ein eigener Vertrag abzuschliessen.
Die Bilder mussten leider wegen des schlechten Wetters und der Zeitvorgabe der bisherigen Mieter abends aufgenommen werden. Insofern die weniger Belichtung bzw Optik .
