Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem bequemen Sofa und Fernseher ausgestattet.
Es gibt zwei Kinder-/Jugendzimmer, einmal mit Hochbett, einmal mit ausziehbaren Schlafbett, beide mit Blick zum Garten, ausgestattet jeweils mit Schreibtisch, Bücherregal, zusätzlichen ausziehbaren Schlafsesseln und Kleiderschrank. Spielzeug und Kinderbücher wären vorhanden.
